Sezzle Inc. in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a detail‑oriented People Operations Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—across our Colombia operations.

You will collaborate with People Operations, IT and Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and well‑communicated experience for every employee. Requirements include 1–3 years in HR operations, hands‑on HRIS and ATS experience, knowledge of I‑9/E‑Verify for US hires, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HRIS administrative role.
• Hands‑on experience with an HRIS (e.g., UKG, Workday, ADP, BambooHR).
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse or similar).
• Working knowledge of leave administration, termination procedures, and onboarding compliance (I‑9/E‑Verify for US).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high‑volume administrative work.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; AI tooling for productivity a plus.
• Spanish (native) + English (business fluent).

Responsabilidades

• Process onboarding and offboarding steps, and manage employee data in HRIS.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork, onboarding communications, and system access.
• Maintain payroll and benefits data; support compensation changes and transfers.
• Support I-9 and E-Verify for eligible hires and ensure compliance.
• Provide timely HR reporting and audits; assist with regulatory filings.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and relay company policies to new hires.
