Formación

• 2-4 years of experience as a Paralegal in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong experience with contract drafting and review.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory processes.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking and renewals.
