Job summary

Tidal is seeking an Operations & Logistics Manager to own procurement, inventory, and logistics for a growing DTC wellness brand. You will partner with founders, manage suppliers and a 3PL, and take over Claude-based back-end workflows to optimize operations and cost control.

You will ensure accurate shipments, inventory planning, and seamless checkout, with strong English communication and reliable remote collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, procurement, logistics, inventory or supply chain.
• Experience managing suppliers, packaging partners, freight providers, and 3PLs.
• Strong inventory and replenishment skills aligned to demand and promotions.
• Hands-on Shopify experience affecting checkout, availability, or fulfillment.
• Proficiency with Claude and integrating Claude into workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1–C2).
• Reliable remote-work track record with timely responses and accountability.
• Full-time commitment with required overlap hours (US EST/overlap).

Responsibilities

• Own procurement and supplier execution from PO through 3PL receipt.
• Keep vendors accountable with deadlines and corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory availability and coordinate replenishment.
• Manage logistics and 3PL performance, tracking shipments and accuracy.
• Maintain Shopify configurations and related integrations impacting checkout and fulfillment.
• Own Claude-powered operations and daily usage in workflows.
• Track performance and costs across inventory, PO's, delivery timelines.
• Communicate issues and resolutions promptly to the team.
• Follow SOPs and ensure consistent execution without reminders.
