Uproot Clean is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day operational records and improve processes. This fully remote LATAM role requires accuracy, initiative, and the ability to build scalable workflows across inventory, data, and workflows.

You will work with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other tools to ensure timely month-end closes, vendor records, and inventory reconciliations, while supporting cross-functional projects and ongoing process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain records across vendors, POs, shipments, and product data.
• Support monthly inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Apply landed costs and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Build simple processes and automations to improve efficiency.
• Assist with wholesale/retail initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
• Work in QuickBooks Online to maintain records.
