Seamless Assist is seeking an Operations Manager to build systems, manage teams, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will create SOPs, run remote operations, and support leadership with data-driven decisions across vendors, finance, and projects.

The role emphasizes dashboarding, process improvement, and collaboration with a remote global team, with AI-enabled daily workflows and flexibility in hours.

Formación

• University degree required.
• 2+ years in an operations, business management, or similar role.
• English B2+ — written and spoken.
• Intermediate AI fluency — uses operations-related AI tools daily.
• Familiar with CRM and project management tools.
• Organized, proactive and able to make decisions independently.

Responsabilidades

• Build dashboards and reports showing business performance.
• Share clear updates with leadership on a regular basis.
• Support planning sessions with data and operational context.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and keeping the team on track.
• Run team meetings and align everyone around goals.
• Track invoices, billing, and vendor payments; manage relationships.
