SearchApi is hiring an AI Integrations Engineer (Open Source) to ship real integrations and contribute to open-source ecosystems. You’ll work on Ruby, Python, and TypeScript/Node, building MCP servers and integrations that developers actually use.

This fully remote role lets you operate from anywhere, participate in open-source projects, and shape how AI agents access search data at scale. If you love automation, this is for you, and you’ll own PRs and docs along the way.

Formación

• Merged open-source contributions in repos you don't own.
• You ship an integration, library, or MCP server that others use.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Ship merged PRs and improve SearchApi support in frameworks developers actually use.
• Build integrations and MCP servers to pull search data into developers’ stacks.
• Write glue code and documentation, including example apps and quickstarts.
• Stay current with the agent and automation space and move when it matters.
• Identify gaps where developers need search data and address them first.
