Monks Technology Services is seeking a Creative Designer to join our remote team from Colombia. You will develop brand-focused visuals across digital, print, and AI-driven platforms, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Content to translate briefs into engaging assets.

Requirements include 4+ years of design experience, strong Figma skills, and solid typography/color theory. Excellent English communication (B2+) is essential for client and team interactions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Creative Designer with brand-focused work.
• Proficient with Figma and modern web design.
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand-aligned concepts across digital assets, print, and AI-driven platforms
• Create web, social media, and digital assets using Figma
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate briefs into visuals
• Conduct trend research and ideation for new design approaches
• Manage multiple projects ensuring quality and deadlines
• Present design rationale to clients and team
• Other duties as assigned
