Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
- AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar).
- Product engineering mindset: self-directed, work from PRD or 1-pager.
- Full-stack range; comfortable with unfamiliar codebases.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Work self-directed from product requirements through to production delivery.
- Dive into unfamiliar codebases and contribute across web or backend when needed.
- Contribute to net-new product development across multiple initiatives.
