BairesDev is seeking a Mobile Engineer (Android) to build polished, native Android experiences. You will contribute to the mobile product lifecycle, ensuring performance, stability, and adherence to modern Android standards.

Join a 100% remote, globally distributed team and work with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM or MVI, and RESTful APIs. The role offers flexible hours and competitive USD or local currency compensation.

Formación

• 4+ years of Native Android development.
• Proficient in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong knowledge of Android Jetpack libraries.
• Experience with MVVM or MVI patterns and coroutines/Flow.
• Familiarity with Dagger/Hilt and Play Store releases.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build production-grade Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement scalable and maintainable solutions using modern architecture patterns like MVVM or MVI.
• Integrate applications with backend services via RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data flows.
• Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and stability across a wide range of devices and OS versions.
• Write clean, testable code and implement unit and UI tests to ensure reliable releases.
• Manage the application lifecycle from initial development through to the Play Store release process.
