Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar).
• Product engineering mindset: self-directed, work from PRD or 1-pager.
• Full-stack range; comfortable with unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Mobile AI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build AI-native Android applications, working on net-new products with a product engineering mindset and minimal hand-holding. You’ll go beyond AI-assisted coding into real multi-agent orchestration, working from a 1-pager or PRD through to production. This is your opportunity to shape new mobile products from the ground up, combining deep Kotlin expertise with cutting-edge agentic AI frameworks in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment.
