Job summary

Blossom, a U.S.-based fintech provider, seeks a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer with 3+ years of web design experience to shape back-office interfaces for credit unions.

You will translate research into accessible, consistent interfaces, maintain a component library, collaborate with developers, and use AI tools to speed ideation and delivery in agile sprints.

This remote role offers collaboration with global teams and exposure to fintech operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in graphic/visual/interactive/interface design or related field.
• English level B2 or higher.
• 3+ years of web design experience, including 1–3+ years designing web interfaces, apps or software.
• 2–3+ years of graphic design and experience design tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply Human-Centered Design across the full process: research, problem definition, ideation, concept and validation.
• Translate UX objectives and business requirements into attractive, user-friendly and accessible interfaces for back office products.
• Build low-, medium- and high-fidelity prototypes to explore and validate solutions with stakeholders and users.
• Maintain and evolve a standardized component library to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.
• Use AI tools for ideation, prototyping and frontend generation, evaluating and refining their outputs to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure designs are built as intended and reduce rework.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and deliver design work within sprint timelines.
• Work with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize design needs and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Share workload and knowledge with the current designer to ensure continuity and backup across products.
