WorkHub Enterprise seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee MEP drafting and BIM coordination from kickoff to delivery. You will manage production teams, schedules, drawing quality, and cross-project coordination with clients, GCs, architects, and engineers.

You must be proficient in Revit, understand MEP systems and construction drawings, review coordinated work, and lead a team with remote collaborators. This is a leadership and coordination role with a focus on delivery excellence.

Formación

• Experience managing MEP drafting, BIM coordination, or construction drawing production projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Hands-on Autodesk Revit experience and ability to inspect models and review drawing sets.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection drawings.
• Experience estimating production hours and staffing.
• Experience leading drafting or BIM teams with accountability for quality and delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken English for project communication.

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee MEP drafting and BIM coordination projects from kickoff through final delivery. You will manage production teams, schedules, drawing quality, and coordination across multiple active projects.

This is primarily a project and team leadership role. You must be able to work in Revit, understand MEP systems and construction drawings, review coordinated work, and identify issues early. MEP engineers remain responsible for engineering design and calculations. You will work closely with our client-facing team and communicate directly with clients, General Contractors, architects, and engineers when project coordination requires it.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project scope, specifications, architectural and structural drawings, MEP documents, and BIM requirements before production begins.
• Estimate drafting hours, staffing needs, and timelines; assign work according to priorities, deadlines, and team capacity.
• Lead remote drafters and BIM staff working on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection projects.
• Manage multiple projects at once, tracking milestones, workloads, RFIs, revisions, approvals, and submission dates.
• Review Revit models, coordinated layouts, shop drawings, and construction documents before submission for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project and drafting standards.
• Identify clashes, missing information, constructability concerns, and coordination conflicts involving MEP systems, architecture, and structure.
• Work with BIM coordinators and the appropriate engineers or project contacts to resolve issues. Escalate design decisions and questions requiring formal clarification.
• Provide clear project updates, flag schedule risks early, and coordinate changes with the client-facing team and external project stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project records, revision logs, and communication so the team works from current information.
• Give drafters clear direction and feedback, address recurring errors, and remove roadblocks that affect delivery.
• Help recruit and select qualified drafters and designers by reviewing portfolios, assessing technical skills, participating in interviews, and providing hiring recommendations.
• Support the technical onboarding and development of new team members.

Qualifications

• Experience managing MEP drafting, BIM coordination, or construction drawing production projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, shop drawings, construction documents, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Hands-on Autodesk Revit experience and the ability to independently inspect models and review drawing sets.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection drawings.
• Experience estimating production hours, planning staffing, and managing competing project deadlines.
• Experience leading drafting or BIM teams, reviewing their work, and holding team members accountable for quality and delivery.
• Sound judgment about which coordination issues the drafting team can resolve and which require an engineer, architect, General Contractor, or client decision.
• Strong written and spoken English, with clear project communication and follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams, project management tools, and shared drawing and model platforms.

Preferred: Experience on U.S. construction projects; familiarity with U.S. drawing conventions and feet-and-inches measurements; Navisworks clash detection; and experience managing overseas or remote production teams.
