Job summary

Kreato Global, a premier BPO and language-solutions provider, seeks an English–Spanish interpreter for its 100% remote LATAM team. You will perform consecutive interpretation primarily in medical settings, enabling critical exchanges in social services and finance contexts.

Initial focus on OPI with a clear pathway to VRI, supporting healthcare professionals and patients while maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices and high accuracy in terminology.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year minimum of remote medical interpretation experience.
• English proficiency level C1 or higher; valid certifications acceptable.
• Proof of medical interpreter knowledge within last 12 months.
• ALTA Spanish fluency with minimum score of 9.
• Strong mastery of medical and customer service terminology.
• Willingness to obtain HIPAA and FWA certifications.
• Willing to complete a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate consecutive medical interpretation remotely.
• Facilitate communication in social services and financial contexts.
• Operate within HIPAA-compliant, HIPAA-certified workflows.
