Job summary

Kreato Global is seeking remote English-Spanish interpreters in Latin America, starting November 2026. You will provide consecutive interpretation mainly for medical settings, with pathways from OPI to VRI, while maintaining impartiality and confidentiality for clients in healthcare, social services, and financial sectors.

Requirements include 6–12+ months of remote medical interpretation, C1 English, private workspace, wired Ethernet, and HIPAA/FWA readiness.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months in remote medical interpretation.
• C1 English level (EF SET, TOEFL, or CAE).
• ALTA (9+) or LanguageStat/PICSI (75%–80%) preferred within 12 months.
• HIPAA & FWA certified (or willing to obtain). Clean background check.
• Hardwired Ethernet, USB headset, Windows 10+ with 4GB RAM, private workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation for medical settings.
• Maintain impartiality and confidentiality for clients.
• Support social services, customer care, and financial clients when needed.
• Ensure terminology accuracy for HIPAA-compliant workflows.
