Hello Insight is a 100% remote company that helps youth-serving organizations deliver greater impact. We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong interest in digital marketing and content creation to distill complex ideas into visuals for reports, decks, and brochures.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work with an interdisciplinary team to design and develop deliverables and ensure a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing editorial design, layout, and typography
• 1–2+ years graphic design experience
• Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
• Exceptional English-language command for content, discussions and documentation
• Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Clear communication and openness to feedback while balancing craft with constraints
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers and software engineers
• Basic video editing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Consult and gather requirements; create design briefs
• Collaborate with teams to develop decks, PDFs, data visualizations, infographics, social media pieces, and brand materials
• Develop concepts and determine color, typography, imagery, and layout
• Collaborate with other designers to finalize projects
• Maintain brand consistency across materials in line with guidelines
• Maintain design asset libraries and project documentation
• Follow project workflows and best practices for content management systems
