Overview

The Marketing Production Designer will be responsible for creating and adapting marketing assets that support brand and growth initiatives across multiple channels. This role requires producing high-quality creative materials for digital, social, and print outputs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing marketing design elements and assets, including layouts, slides, presentations, and graphics.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement (MSE) teams to produce art files for physical items such as gift kits, promotional materials, and event items.
• Rebuilding and adapting marketing assets in alignment with new visual guidelines.
• Managing external vendors for outsourced projects, including video editing and motion design.
• Managing, optimizing, and organizing the design asset library for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of producing digital marketing assets (slides, web pages, banners, ads)
• Social Media: 2+ years of experience in B2B or tech social media roles
• Strategy: 1+ years of experience leading social media strategy
• Education: Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Media (desirable)
