Toptal is seeking a Management Consulting Matcher to work remotely with clients, understanding their needs and pairing them with top consultants from our global network. You will guide engagements from start to finish and help shape the Matching lifecycle with a focus on quality and fit.

In this role you’ll support onboarding, manage client relationships, and collaborate with Sales and Talent Operations to scale engagements across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in management consulting (top-tier or reputable boutique).
• Experience across multiple practices: strategy, finance, operations, marketing, HR, and technology.
• Strong adaptability to learn new areas — PM, design, digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills to assess fit with consultants.
• MBA is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements and consult with clients to ensure needs are understood.
• Define job descriptions, talent responsibilities, and requirements.
• Search talent profiles, shortlist candidates, and send availability requests.
• Confirm talent availability, screen job applications, and select candidates.
• Introduce candidates to clients, communicating technical and cultural fit.
• Customize talent rates, adjust commitment types, and schedule engagement dates.
• Obtain feedback on talent and maintain detailed platform documentation.
• Provide advice and guidance to Management Consultants in the network.
• Investigate disputes and collaborate cross-functionally in the resolution process.
