Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing, account management, or related role.
• Experience with local businesses or SMBs preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles.
• Experience with review management and local listing accuracy.
• Proficient with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and explain findings to non-technical clients.
• Professional experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Strong editorial judgment when reviewing AI-generated content.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
• Availability to work full-time U.S. Mountain Time hours.
