Job summary

Truelogic Software LLC seeks a Lead Data Engineer to architect scalable data infrastructure powering real-time insights, predictive systems, and AI applications. You will transform static data lakes into active backends and lead data architecture across a 50/50 Tech/Creative environment.

You will collaborate with ML engineers, product, and creative teams, establishing standards and mentoring engineers while enabling autonomous AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering: designing, building, and scaling data pipelines.
• Activating data infrastructure for real-time downstream apps, not just batch warehousing.
• Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Proficient in Python and SQL for real-time data processing and collaboration with ML teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and automated workflows.
• Excellent communication and leadership for a hybrid Tech/Creative culture.
• Located in Latin America and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and Activate Data: design, build, and scale high-throughput, low-latency data infrastructure.
• Transform Latent Stores into active context layers and memory systems for AI agents.
• Build Real-Time ingestion, streaming, and retrieval pipelines (RAG, vector stores).
• Establish data architecture standards, CI/CD, and data quality practices; mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with ML, Product, and Creative teams to translate requirements into production data APIs.
• Lead with AI-enabled practices to accelerate development and execution.
