Truelogic in LATAM is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to architect and build scalable data infrastructure powering real-time insights, predictive systems, and AI applications. You will transform latent data lakes into active backends and work across a 50/50 tech/creative environment with autonomy in technical decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in data engineering, strong Python/SQL, and experience with vector stores and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, building scalable data pipelines.
• Experience activating data infrastructure for real-time applications.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL for data processing.
• Experience with vector stores and AI-enabled data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale high-throughput, low-latency data infrastructure.
• Transform static data stores into active context for AI backends.
• Build real-time ingestion and event-driven pipelines.
• Lead data engineering standards and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with ML, product, and creative teams to deliver APIs.
