BairesDev, a leading technology company, is seeking a Lead Data Engineer (Python) to design and optimize robust data pipelines while mentoring a team of developers in a 100% remote role.

You will architect ETL/ELT workflows, drive database optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish engineering standards and roadmaps. Fluency in English and strong data engineering experience are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
• Proven expertise with workflow orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow, or equivalent).
• Strong SQL Server experience, stored procedures, and data extraction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Design, construct, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Architect and manage complex workflow orchestration systems.
• Drive database optimization and efficient data extraction strategies.
• Oversee migration/modernization of legacy pipelines.
