BairesDev is seeking a Lead Data Engineer (Python) to architect and optimize robust data pipelines while mentoring a team of developers. You will drive ETL/ELT design and align engineering initiatives with business goals to deliver scalable data solutions.

This fully remote role requires strong English, advanced SQL and orchestration skills, and a drive to mentor others in a fast-growing global tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Python Development, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in workflow orchestration using Temporal, Airflow, or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and data extraction.
