Resolv Global is hiring junior AI/ML engineers to build conversational AI agents for customer interactions via voice and chat. You will work on retrieval pipelines, API integration, and production-ready solutions, collaborating with engineers, CX designers, and operations to deliver practical AI experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on deployment, CI/CD, and monitoring while developing expertise in Python, APIs, and cloud services across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Formación

• 1–3 years of software or ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with Git, Docker, and basic SQL.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on with an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI).
• Experience building AI agents that call tools or APIs with LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience building a RAG pipeline with document chunking, embeddings, and vector search.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs with authentication, rate limits and versioning; some exposure to API gateways.
• Experience connecting systems via webhooks, SDKs, or message queues (CRM or database integration).
• Understanding ML fundamentals: embeddings, train/test splits, evaluation metrics (precision/recall).
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish; based in Colombia or Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI agents: develop conversational agents that interact with users and call tools or APIs.
• Develop retrieval pipelines: implement RAG pipelines for questions using approved sources.
• Integrate systems: connect agents with CRMs, ticketing systems, databases and messaging channels.
• Build and manage APIs: work with API gateways, authentication, rate limits and versioning.
• Support voice AI development: build voice agents with speech-to-text, LLMs and TTS in English and Spanish.
• Test and improve quality: use evaluations, tests, and guardrails to improve accuracy and safety.
• Support deployment and monitoring: ship and maintain solutions via CI/CD, monitoring and docs.
• Collaborate across teams: work with engineering, CX design and operations to productionize prototypes.
