Formación

• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Advanced English proficiency is required for effective candidate engagement.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Deep understanding of IT terminology and non-IT corporate functions.
• Experience creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Proven track record of closing C-Level positions.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
