BairesDev, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates and staff ongoing IT opportunities. You will link Client Services, Sales and Talent Acquisition to ensure timely, high-quality placements.

This 100% remote role offers USD compensation, flexible hours, and a focus on growth, mentorship, and a diverse, global team. Strong English and excellent communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Experience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates effectively.
• Nice to have: previous IT industry knowledge or technical background.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
