Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support a busy U.S. and Canadian immigration practice in a remote, outcomes-focused environment.

You will own employment-based and family-based matters—from information gathering through attorney-ready case assembly—ensuring DS-160/DS-260, letters, and files are complete before review.

The role requires 1–2 years of immigration experience, proficiency with Serenade, and strong written English, with work hours aligned to Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience supporting U.S. immigration matters.
• Serenade immigration software is mandatory.
• Experience preparing DS-160 and DS-260 forms.
• Knowledge of U.S. nonimmigrant visa categories (B1/B2, E-2, L-1, O-1, H-1B...).
• Strong written English with ability to draft from templates.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete employment-based and family-based immigration case files for attorney review.
• Complete DS-160 and DS-260 applications with client information and docs.
• Build organized, review-ready case packages to move toward filing.
• Generate immigration documents using Serenade software.
• Draft supporting letters and documents from templates.
• Review evidence for completeness and consistency.
• Identify DS-160 corrections and consular submission requirements.
• Organize records in OneDrive for easy location and audit.
• Track progress and maintain reliable filing workflows.
• Flag missing information before final review.
