Cresta in Colombia seeks an HVAC Design Engineer / Mechanical Specialist to join a US-based construction client. You will develop HVAC shop drawings, model 3D systems in Revit MEP, and ensure designs meet ASHRAE & AM standards for commercial and residential projects.

This is a fully remote, full-time role with a New York schedule. You will collaborate with US teams, perform clash resolution with Navisworks/Bluebeam, and maintain drawing revisions and documentation from Colombia.

Formación

• 3+ years HVAC design, mechanical engineering or MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; strong Revit MEP experience.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1) communication skills.
• Colombia residency and remote-work eligibility.
• Solid understanding of ASHRAE standards and codes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed HVAC shop drawings and 3D models in Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP.
• Design and coordinate ductwork, equipment layouts, and piping for US projects.
• Apply ASHRAE standards and US codes for compliant designs.
• Perform clash detection and spatial coordination using Navisworks/Bluebeam.
• Review drawings and maintain documentation, revisions, and QC.
• Collaborate with US-based client teams on project deliverables.
