Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Specialist to manage the candidate experience and ensure a fast, accurate process for client openings. You will be the central point of contact between BairesDev and candidates in your pipeline, advancing them through the recruiting process for both internal and external client roles.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews and coding challenges, maintaining complete records, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and aptitudes.

• Ability to build rapport.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates and act as main contact during the selection process.
• Keep detailed records of applicants, resumes, assignments and evaluations.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, coordinate interviews and coding challenges, and participate in client interviews.
