Job summary

World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a fast-growing, U.S.-based lender. The role directs FP&A, partners with department heads, and delivers consolidated forecasts and strategic analyses from a fully remote location.

You will manage a remote FP&A team, develop multi-year plans, model scenarios, and present insights to executives and the board.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 8+ years leading FP&A or planning teams.
• Senior finance leadership experience.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience presenting to executives, investors, and boards.
• CPA/CA or equivalent qualification and finance degree.

Responsibilities

• Direct company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee annual budget, reforecasts, and long-term plans.
• Develop consolidated income statement, balance sheet, cash flow forecasts.
• Forecast portfolio performance and liquidity and capital planning.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses.
• Present financial plans to executives, investors, and boards.
• Ensure U.S. GAAP and IFRS compliance in forecasting.
