Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to guide a mobile development team adapting a POS system to a new market. You will foster Scrum events, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals as projects scale across Latin America.

You’ll track progress with metrics, provide clear reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while supporting budget planning and resource allocation in a remote-first, globally

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with strong knowledge of PM theory and tools.
• Strong people management and team facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with metrics such as predictability, estimation, velocity, capacity, and change request volume.
• Excellent reporting skills and hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding of Scrum with experience facilitating Scrum events.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Scrum events and guide the team in Scrum practices.
• Conduct 1-on-1s and provide support to team members.
• Manage stakeholder communication to align priorities and ensure successful project delivery.
• Track project progress and metrics, ensuring effective reporting.
• Adjust team priorities based on task estimation and stakeholder feedback.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Promote open and transparent communication within the team.
• Keep project documentation organized and up-to-date.
• Support alignment of team activities with project scope, deliverables, and goals as outlined in the SOW.
• Assist with budget planning and resource allocation as needed.
