Truelogic is seeking a Creative Technologist to join our client’s embedded lab environment. You will lead GenAI workflow implementation, configuration, testing, and governance of automation pipelines across creative and brand teams.

The role requires translating complex business and creative needs into scalable, testable GenAI workflows, with prompts, agents, and model selection. Strong English and LATAM-based remote work are essential, aligned to US Central Time.

Formación

• Hands-on experience building enterprise GenAI workflows.
• Experience with node-based or visual logic builders.
• Experience configuring GenAI prompts and models.
• Translate requirements into structured workflows with tests.
• Experience in client-facing roles within enterprise or agency.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication.
• LATAM-based with remote availability and US CT hours.
• Ability to collaborate across creative, marketing, and tech teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate requests into scoped, testable GenAI workflow builds.
• Build, configure, test, and maintain GenAI workflows and automation.
• Configure prompts, model settings, and agent behaviors.
• Design and maintain node-based workflows with visual builders.
• Document configurations, testing results, and learnings.
• Contribute to playbooks and knowledge transfer across teams.
• Plan structured tests against defined KPIs and criteria.
• Build modular design system components within GenAI workflows.
• Configure QC, validation, and scoring for outputs.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and production performance.
• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, brand, studio, and tech teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and scalability.
