Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Web Full Stack Engineer in Colombia to design and deliver cloud-native web applications across frontend and backend layers. You will work remotely with product and data teams to implement scalable features using Ruby on Rails, React, HTML5/CSS3, and modern JavaScript tools.

You will optimize APIs, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure, while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to speed coding, improve quality, and automate testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and SQL.
• Experience deploying and monitoring cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale cloud-native web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Transform prototypes, automation tools, and predictive models into production-ready features.
• Optimize backend queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure for high availability and low latency.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, review code, and automate tests.
• Build dashboards to monitor automation pipelines and enable integrations with platforms like UiPath and Gemini Agents.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to mentorship and continuous improvement.
