Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Web Full Stack Engineer for a remote role in Colombia. You will build cloud-native web applications, spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure, while integrating AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.

The position requires 3+ years of full-stack experience, familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, and HIPAA compliance. You will collaborate with product and data teams to transform prototypes and automation workflows into scalable features, optimize queues and cloud

Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications with API integrations and background jobs.
Experience deploying and monitoring scalable apps in public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Exposure to automation tools, RPA bots or IDP solutions.
Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into workflows.
Ability to deliver features across frontend and backend from specs or mockups.
Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Transform prototypes and automation tools into production-ready features with product and data teams.
Optimize backend queues and cloud infrastructure for high availability and low latency.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding, code reviews, and testing automation.
Build dashboards showing automation pipelines and integrations with UiPath and Gemini Agents.
Collaborate with team members and mentor colleagues.
