Fever is seeking an experienced event producer to support Fever Originals across production, ensuring high-quality experiences. You will coordinate third-party partners for SSI projects in Latam markets and drive production efficiency within budget and deadlines.

The role involves researching new formats and technologies, needing flexibility, creativity, and strong project management. English and Spanish fluency are required, with experience in live events a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in event production.
• Theater / Stage Management experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple cities and coordinate all event aspects.
• Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge production solutions.
• Strong network of vendors and venues.
• Understanding of technical production requirements.
• Familiarity with permitting processes.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Curious and boundary-pushing mindset.
• Ability to liaise with partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
• Strategic thinking for partnerships and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborative and hands-on across events tasks.
• Strong academic background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Technical & Administrative Management: manage preproduction logistics, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
• Budgeting: build and maintain production budgets through feasibility, sign-off and operations; monitor spends and optimize.
• Partner Management: lead due diligence on partners and suppliers; develop long-term national deals for expansion.
