Fever in Bogota is seeking a General Manager for Colombia to build and lead Fever Originals, developing, launching and managing events from A to Z. You will own the region's P&L and build local partnerships with entertainment and real estate players.

You’ll lead a growing team of Project Managers, Producers, and location scouts, collaborate with Marketing and Operations, and drive growth across Fever’s markets while enjoying a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• Project management / startup or consulting background (10y+ experience).
• MBA from top-tier school preferred.
• Fluent English & Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead Fever Originals Colombia team to drive growth
• Ensure team members meet quality and revenue goals quarterly
• Define regional growth strategy and ensure sales performance
• Manage local experiences portfolio using data analysis
• Develop high-level relationships with senior stakeholders
• Manage local partners and expand the local network
• Negotiate and close business deals with partners
• Support scalability of experiences to other cities (travel)
• Report performance weekly, monthly, quarterly
• Provide coaching and feedback to local team
• Analyze business opportunities and processes
• Represent Fever at local events and conversations
