You will manage third-party partners, ensure high-quality experiences, and help scale our events across multiple cities with budget discipline and deadline adherence.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the event production industry.
• Fluent level in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
• Build and maintain production budgets across feasibility, sign-off and operations.
• Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers and develop long-term national deals.
