HelloKindred is seeking a senior graphic designer / art director to provide ad hoc creative support, lead conceptual development, and manage visual identity work for B2B campaigns. This remote, project-based role averages 5–10 hours per week with potential extension.

You will collaborate with the creative team and Design Director, shape campaigns, craft visual identities for events and corporate initiatives, and explore AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design or art direction.
• Strong branding and visual identity portfolio.
• Experience with AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time across zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B conceptual design, development and art direction across assigned projects with the Design Director.
• Develop visual identities for events, campaigns and corporate initiatives.
• Provide overflow creative support and help alleviate workload.
• Apply strategic thinking and photography style decisions in design.
• Explore AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly to support development.
• Collaborate with production designers to extend established concepts.
• Take ownership of projects and lead creative concepts.
• Work remotely across time zones, including North America, with the team.
