Job summary

Gofractional is seeking a finance leader to build and direct our finance function for a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand. You will own cash flow, forecasting, and reporting, not do the bookkeeping.

You will translate complex models into clear guidance for the founders, work remotely during US business hours, and help optimize subscriptions and channels while keeping books clean and auditable.

Qualifications

• You have led finance at a DTC ecommerce brand at eight or nine figures.
• You understand subscription businesses — retention, cohorts, and spend on acquisition.
• You have managed cash where inventory is paid long before it sells.
• You can explain a model to a non-finance founder in five minutes.
• You are available during US business hours and turn things around quickly.
• You have references who can confirm that growth stayed healthy while expanding.

Responsibilities

• Weekly ecommerce P&L ownership across ads, inventory, operations.
• A 13-week rolling cash forecast you can actually use before committing to assets or ads.
• Margin by channel reports for subscriptions, one-time purchases, and Amazon.
• Cash conversion cycle reporting to show how long cash is tied up before each purchase.
• A subscription revenue model that informs what you can spend to acquire customers.
• Books are in order: QuickBooks sorted and bookkeeping set to a standard you specify, by you or a firm.
• Two founders who can read their own numbers and want to be proficient in finance.
