OffSec is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in a fully remote, full-time contractor role. You will support company-wide financial planning, performance reporting, and commission operations across the globe.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-growing environment. You will track KPIs, support forecasts, and drive reporting automation initiatives.

Formación

• 2+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (lookup functions, modeling).
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Looker or Salesforce is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working cross-functionally across departments and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Perform actual vs. budget analysis for bookings, units, and operating expenses with variance explanations.
• Own end-to-end administration of sales and marketing commissions; manage CaptivateIQ.
• Consolidate data across systems to produce accurate management reports.
• Develop and track KPIs; support monthly and quarterly reporting for stakeholders.
• Maintain headcount forecasts in Adaptive Planning.
• Build financial models in Google Sheets for forecasting and scenario planning.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support cross-functional initiatives.
