Job summary

CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst / Power BI Specialist to support our finance and operations team. This role will develop Power BI dashboards, build financial models, and transform data from multiple sources.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial analysis or BI, strong Power BI and Excel skills, SQL experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, BI, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience with Power BI dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelling.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases.
• Experience with programming languages (Python, VBA, R) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize financial and operational data.
• Perform advanced Excel modeling and analysis to support decision-making.
• Gather, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Design and maintain data models to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data.
• Support automation of reporting processes and operational analytics.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial and operational analysis.
• Maintain data integrity across reporting systems and databases.
