Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as Data/BI Analyst focusing on reporting and dashboards.
• Strong experience with financial data and accounting concepts.
• Advanced Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, RLS, publishing, refresh management.
• Advanced Excel and transforming workbooks into reliable reporting sources.
• Experience handling confidential financial information with discretion.
• Excellent English (B2+) for collaboration with US stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Own Power BI reporting products from requirements through ongoing maintenance.
• Build dashboards for cash position, account balances, payments, spending, and consolidated/entity-level reporting.
• Design and maintain a simple, reliable data layer using Excel and direct system connections.
• Extract and work with NetSuite data through SuiteAnalytics Connect.
• Transform Finance workbooks into structured reporting sources.
• Build reconciliation and validation controls to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage Power BI refreshes, data quality, and row-level security.
• Establish consistent financial definitions and reporting standards.
• Enable Finance and leadership teams to use dashboards independently.
• Document reporting logic, data sources, and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role focused on reporting and dashboards.
• Strong experience working with financial data and accounting concepts.
• Advanced Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), RLS, publishing, and refresh management.
• Advanced Excel and experience transforming workbooks into reliable reporting sources.
• Experience handling confidential financial information with discretion.
• Advanced English / B2+ for direct collaboration with U.S. stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• NetSuite / SuiteAnalytics Connect experience.
• Python or similar programming language.
• Experience with Asana, Nines, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for reporting or data analysis.
