YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (contractor) to support AI training projects focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and provide corrections with clear rationale.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365, and strong Excel skills. Remote, worldwide collaboration is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting and FP&A.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess financial systems logic across platforms like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
