Uptalent.io seeks a Remote Purchasing Officer specialized in FF&E for commercial projects. You will source, evaluate, and procure high-quality FF&E materials, coordinating with project managers, designers, and suppliers to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in FF&E purchasing, with furniture manufacturing experience. English fluency is essential; Italian is a plus. LATAM-based candidates preferred; remote work allows global collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of FF&E purchasing experience for commercial projects.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing and market understanding.
• Fluent in English; Italian is beneficial.
• Based in Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for FF&E products and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Manage procurement from PO issuance to delivery for timely project fulfillment.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with design/project teams to meet specifications.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build strong supplier relationships for reliable supply chains.
