BairesDev, a 15+ year technology services leader with a 100% remote global team, is seeking an Executive Recruiter to identify leadership talent for our organization and clients. You will build teams through strategic recruitment, assessment, and negotiations, while aligning with internal hiring needs and market trends.

You will partner with executives and hiring managers, source top candidates, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the US market recruitment.
• Experience with remote work environments.
• Relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop search strategies to identify executive and senior-level candidates.
