BairesDev is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to source, attract, and assess senior leaders for client placements. You will design tailored search strategies, conduct in-depth interviews, and guide offers and negotiations to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for US candidates and commercial openings.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of various industries and understanding of executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive or senior-level roles.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contracts.
• Proactively attract top-tier candidates through networking, research, and digital channels.
