Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of 50+ professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of leaders within Talent Acquisition.
• Create and implement new strategies for the hiring process and wellbeing.
• Align with other area managers to keep TA processes current.
• Monitor KPIs, metrics and salary settings within the team.
• Analyze data to improve recruiting and staffing processes.
