Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Accounting Senior Analyst in Bogotá to drive General Ledger closing and reporting within the A2R process. You will ensure compliance with IFRS and SOX controls, delivering accurate financial data and insightful analyses for leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting, SAP FICO expertise, advanced Excel, and strong English skills. Hybrid work with up to 50% remote is available, supporting a collaborative, multicultural finance team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in General Ledger accounting, closing, and reporting.
• IFRS knowledge and exposure to local GAAPs is a plus.
• Experience in international or shared services environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver General Ledger monthly closing and reporting per SLAs.
• Perform monthly close following group timelines and procedures.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and post manual journal entries (MJE) and post recurring/non-recurring items.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and analytics for business decisions.
