Medtronic plc is seeking a DevOps Lead to establish governance and drive excellence across software delivery and production support. This remote position requires coordinating with global teams to ensure deployment readiness, compliance, monitoring, and incident handling in a regulated healthcare technology environment.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of DevOps experience, with strong knowledge of DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and governance processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working as a DevOps Engineer supporting development, deployment, and operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with release management, production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance processes.
• Experience with monitoring and observability solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• English proficiency C1-C2.
• Experience working with global teams in regulated environments and supporting enterprise-scale technology solutions is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DevOps governance and promote best practices across software delivery and production support environments.
• Ensure deployments, infrastructure, and applications meet quality, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.
• Support release management activities, including deployment readiness, testing validation, and rollback planning.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to improve operational stability and service reliability.
• Collaborate with global DevOps, Operations, Security, and managed service teams to establish and maintain operational standards.
• Promote continuous improvement through monitoring, observability, documentation, and governance practices.
