Medtronic is seeking a DevOps Support Lead to establish governance, standards, and operational excellence across software delivery and production support in a global healthcare technology environment. This is a remote position with preference for Bogotá-based candidates.

You will partner with global teams to ensure deployment readiness, cybersecurity compliance, incident management, and continuous improvement of DevOps processes while maintaining regulatory requirements and service reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working as a DevOps Engineer supporting development, deployment, and operational environments
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with release management, production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance processes
• Experience with monitoring and observability solutions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• English proficiency C1-C2
• Experience working with global teams in regulated environments and supporting enterprise-scale technology solutions is desirable

Responsabilidades

• Lead DevOps governance and promote best practices across software delivery and production support environments
• Ensure deployments, infrastructure, and applications meet quality, cybersecurity, and compliance standards
• Support release management activities, including deployment readiness, testing validation, and rollback planning
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to improve operational stability and service reliability
• Collaborate with global DevOps, Operations, Security, and managed service teams to establish and maintain operational standards
• Promote continuous improvement through monitoring, observability, documentation, and governance practices
