AgileEngine seeks a DevOps Engineer to support Kubernetes operations, manage clusters, and deploy open-source components within a GitOps-based deployment model using GitLab and ArgoCD. You will automate workflows with Bash or scripting languages and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth integrations and upgrades.

AWS/EKS experience is a strong plus. The role emphasizes backlog management, continuous improvement of change processes, and maintaining robust, scalable Kubernetes infrastructure

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a Kubernetes Administrator/DevOps/SRE or similar.
• Experience with Kubernetes administration.
• Experience with Git and GitOps.
• Experience with ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with open-source Kubernetes tools such as Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Flux, or Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Support Kubernetes operational work by clearing backlog tickets, maintaining and upgrading Kubernetes clusters, and deploying open-source components.
• Refine processes for recognizing, notifying, and updating Kubernetes changes and collaborate with other teams for smooth integrations and upgrades.
• Use GitLab and ArgoCD for GitOps-based Kubernetes deployments; write and update internal documentation and automate workflows with Bash or other scripting languages.
• Clear backlog tickets related to Kubernetes updates and configurations.
• Maintain, upgrade, and deploy Kubernetes clusters and open-source components.
• Refine Kubernetes change processes and automate workflows using Bash or other scripting languages.
